Three things are important in human life: air, water, food.  Water is made up of two molecules of hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen.

The way water is being used now necessitates the idea of saving water for future generations as the way water is being wasted now will cause water crisis all over the world.  We should use water carefully.  Water can be saved if a little more care is taken in daily life but it is only possible if everyone makes an individual effort for it.

Replacing a dripping tap and fitting another tap can save water.

The water released from the water purifier can be used properly.

Water can be saved by storing rainwater.

Giving a guest half a glass of water in a glass of water can save water by giving another.

Rainwater harvesting can be planned to maintain the water level.

If we do not save water, our future generations will have to fight the water crisis.  We should use what we have received from nature wisely.

There are many areas in the world where even potable water is not available. You have to travel kilometers to get water.

Only when the human being is running blindly behind his own comfort facility are the consequences coming. Man is recklessly using water which is the basis of human life. As a result, the water crisis situation is getting worse. The water level is looking down every day. It has become necessary to stop wasting water which is an inexhaustible source of natural resources. At the same time, awareness about water conservation is also required.

The responsibility to save water does not lie solely with the government. There is also the whole society. One belongs to a citizen of Gujarat. Water is life. We have life in our hands but we are wasting it, wasting it in the wrong way. There is a saying that when you feel thirsty, don't sit down to fill the well. ” Realizing that this is a proverb, let's try to save water by filling wells before water is wasted. Talk about how water can save lives through the joint efforts of government and society.

Some interesting facts:

One drop of water is wasted every second from a dripping tap, wasting 60 liters of water every month.

Bathing directly under water uses 60 liters of water.

If the tap is not turned off properly, 20 drops per minute and 5,000 liters of water are wasted annually.

Washing cars with pipes, washing vegetables with taps and sprinkling water in the garden with pipes leads to more wastage of water.

By 205, the world's 1.2 billion people will be living in countries where water is scarce

It will be completely empty. (U.N.Water) Considering the speed at which water is being drawn in India at present, 203

By then, 90% of the groundwater will be depleted.

Only 3% of the water used in industry is recycled.

5% of wastewater is discharged into rivers and canals without treatment.

About 90% of India's waste flows into the country's rivers.

The manners of daily life should be improved.Everyone should use water sparingly for cooking, washing dishes, washing clothes, bathing, drinking, natural necessities etc. Every person and every family should use water wisely for family use. Everyone needs to be aware that water is used judiciously in roads, schools, hospitals, sports grounds, open spaces and even in public places. In industry, it is necessary to use water sparingly even in factories. Very prudent use of water is also required in plants / agriculture etc. We waste all the water recklessly. Proper and prudent use of water needs to be learned. Some water saving measures

Every year we receive rain water as a gift from nature. In order to store such rain water, underground tanks which were made in earlier times should be made. Arrangements should be made in each multi-storey house so that one drop of rain water can be stored.

Crops can be saved in times of lack of rainfall. The farmer can facilitate his own irrigation. Maintain moisture in the adjacent soil.

The water of the rivers flowing in vain in the sea can be stored by planning, the rain water is pumped to the wells in a scientific manner by recharging well.

So the wells come alive again.

Changing the irrigation system in agriculture. Our system of irrigating crops by making dhoriyas causes widespread wastage of water. Therefore, water can be saved if the crop is harvested by drip irrigation using recycled water like in Israel.
